Following Everyday encounter with windows: Part I, this page focuses on the organized activities that contributed to the iterative learning process besides the public installations. The key quality that differentiated these activities from the public installations was that I was able to collect visual evidence and written feedback from the participants. On top of that, some of the activities were structured so that participants from different parts of the world were able to join, rather just participants in London.
At the end of this project, I summarized three organized activities into an intervention book to be displayed at the MA Applied Imagination 2023 Festival - It's Simple:. For confidentiality purposes, the content of this book do not include any personal information and the key snippets being shared below have been carefully considered.
In a full view of my exhibition space at the MA Applied Imagination 2023 Festival - It's Simple:, I showcased all the artefacts formalized during my project and provided instructions to guide the audiences through my research journey. They were asked to first look at the textile collage that visualized sensory overload, then read through the intervention book. After that, they were invited to look up at the curtain and photos to imagine experiencing a breathing space in the city. The final step in the journey was for the audiences to create their own I-poems based on the feedback from the participants of my interventions.
One final note for this project is a thankful credit to all the experts that were willing to share their valuable insights and helped me grow my project.
